Hegh'Ta-Class Heavy Bird-Of-Prey Fan Made Remaster

Ah, yes... the Hegh'Ta-Class Heavy BoP.

Otherwise known as the most encountered KDF Mob in all of Star Trek Online.

One may encounter these buggars a plenty on many space patrols, Klingon related Story missions, Task Force Operations, and the many Space Battlezones. One may even see these Klingon ships in thier dreams.....

So if I'm going to constantly run into these BoPs every. damn. time...., might as well update them to keep up with the Game's current visual standard so that they can be savor observing the Klingon vessel more enjoyably, before blowing one up that is. (not that I'm counting this to be added like my Negh'Tev previously) LOL

Light hearted reasoning beside, the design draws major inspiration from the design John Eaves made for the DS9 Episode 'Way of the Warrior' that was initially modelled after, so it only made sense for me to revise the model with the Vor'Cha's Aesthetic.
Which I suppose that roughly places its operating period not long after the Klingon Civil war (2367–2368), towards the end of the Dominion War and well into the 25th Century as purposefully built for in-house combat with other Klingon Vessels in mind. Just as well since they do see ALOT more action with the Khitomer Discord and Emperor J'Mpok being a dishonourable Bak'tag and all. (I still ain't over getting my honor being besmirched by him...)
